The SHO of the police station should not be called a “service SHO” because he is our employee, we are not his employee. This is not what I am saying. This is the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has told all the citizens of Pakistan that whoever is the SHO of the police station in your area is your employee, you are not his employee.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has said that whenever you want to file an application in the police station, file a complaint against someone or file an FIR, you should not write “service Mr. SHO”, you should only write “Sir SHO”. Now you can speak “Sir”, but you cannot call the SHO of your area “service”.
Apart from this, the Supreme Court’s decision has also said that the police cannot call the complainant a “complainant” because a complainant is someone who begs and the people of Pakistan cannot beg in front of the police for justice. The job of the police is to help the people of Pakistan and solve the problems of the people of Pakistan. So, the viewers should remember these two things.
You have to remember that whenever you go to the police station to file a complaint, the police cannot call you a complainant because a complainant is someone who begs. You did not go to the police station to beg, you went to the police station to get your rights. Secondly, the SHOs are very respectable.
I respect them a lot. But the SHO is your employee. You are not the SHO’s employee. So, you should not tell the SHO that. With due respect, Mr. SHO. You have to say, Mr. SHO. At the same time, please give me permission. May Allah forgive me.
